The Junior European Cup – Brand new for 2025 and held during the UK schools' May half-term – is set to be the ultimate European tournament for junior teams!

The Junior European Cup spans two thrilling days, with all matches played on the iconic pitch of a La Liga stadium—an experience no other European tournament can offer. Your team will play where the pros do, with managers right by the pitch and supporters cheering from the stands!

The tournament features six age-group divisions, from Under 8 to Under 13, each with group and final stages. Based on group-stage results, teams will advance to either the Champions Cup or Shield Cup Semi-Finals and Finals, providing an exciting pathway to the tournament’s pinnacle.

Kicking off on Saturday, players will enter the pitch through the players' tunnel, accompanied by their team managers and welcomed by the cheers of their supporters. Each player’s name will be announced over the stadium PA, adding to the electrifying atmosphere. During their stadium time, teams and supporters will also enjoy a guided tour of the grounds, including access to both changing rooms, the club’s museum, and the trophy collection.

On Sunday, the tournament concludes with an Awards Ceremony, where all players receive a commemorative medal and certificate. Champions Cup and Shield Cup finalists will be awarded trophies for both Winners and Runners-Up, celebrating their achievements on this unforgettable stage

Tournament Schedule, Rules, and Live Results

Each day, teams will spend around 5 hours at the stadium. The tournament for younger age groups (Under 8, Under 9, and Under 10) runs from approximately 9:30 am to 2:30 pm, while the older age groups (Under 11, Under 12, and Under 13) will compete from around 3:00 pm to 8:00 pm.

All matches are officiated by qualified referees, with full tournament support provided by our experienced event staff and Tournament Director. Medical first aid services will also be on-site throughout the tournament.

The complete tournament schedule and rules will be provided in our Tournament Final Briefing Email, sent four weeks before the event. During the tournament, you’ll be able to track your team’s progress and view live scores on our dedicated tournament results website.

There is a selection of top-quality 3- and 4-star hotels, ensuring the best in comfort, hospitality, and amenities for your players, team managers, families, and supporters. Rooms are booked for 2, 3, or 4 guests sharing, with breakfast included each morning. With facilities such as an outdoor swimming pool, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the Spanish sunshine during your stay.

Upon arrival in Spain on Friday, a coach will transfer you to your hotel. On both Saturday and Sunday, return coach transfers will be provided from your hotel to the stadium. On Monday, you’ll be collected from your hotel for a coach transfer back to the airport for your flight home.
